Cory Lakes Community Development District
The Cory Lakes Community Development District is a local, special-purpose government entity authorized by Chapter 190 of the Florida Statutes as amended, and established on September 5, 1991 by the City Council of the City of Tampa, Florida, Ordinance No. 91-162, as an alternative method of planning, acquiring, operating and maintaining community-wide improvements in planned communities.
The Cory Lakes CDD encompasses an area of approximately 600 acres and is wholly within the City of Tampa, Florida on State Road 582A, approximately five miles northeast of the I-75/Fletcher interchange.
Infrastructure includes roads, sewer and waste water, water supply, landscaping, irrigation and hardscape improvements.
